We start with raw materials from Lucite ---- source of the highest quality acrylic sheet in the world.Unlike some of our competitors,we never use unqulified acrylic sheet from US to lower the manufacture cost.

And Microban® won't wear off with time because it's actually built in the hot tub spa's surface.

Colors should be imported from Lucite in advance: 

Deluxe spas don't have all Lucite colors in stock. As long as you place you order with us, we can order any color appointed by you from Lucite directly, of course, the delivery lead time will be 6-7 weeks longer than that of common color and Lucite has requirement on the minimum order quantity of each color.

 Vacuum forming

Fiberglass reinforcement:

After the acrylic sheets are vacuum-molded into a particular shape,  the sheets are reinforced with a skin of coat of vinyl ester resin, fiberglass and hand rolled.

Lip trim

Semi-automatic trim machine is applied to cut the lip and ensure a perfect spa lip without any deformation and burr.

 

 

Insulation

Deluxe spas offer a semi-foam insulation solution for your choice. All the bottom of the sell,body of jets and the flexible pipe are covered with 30-40 mm Polyurethane Foam for maximum heat retention, structural support, and lower operating costs.(In your refrigerator or chest freezers,usually only 30mm Polyurethane Foam in thicknese is applied to achieve a rather perfect insulation).High-performance Polyurethane Foam prevents heat from escaping and result in energy savings,Deluxe spas uses only premium,35kgs/cubic meter density,closed cell Polyurethane Foam. Deluxe spas's semi-foam Insulation ensures :Fully supported and solidified plumbing to virtually eliminate leaks. Maximum heat retention and noise reduction. And energy efficiency and cost savings.

Polyurethane Foam

Spray foam insulation is a two part polyurethane system designed to provide greater R-Value.The benefit is that it saves energy cost and adds strength to the product.

7.Adhesion: Adheres to the surface that it is sprayed on and does not need fasterners to hold it in place. 8.Safe: Contains no urea formaldehyde.

Our lounges,contoured seats and bench seats are ergonomically molded to cradle your body in comfort. Various seats in different depth,range from 620 to 680mm ( 24.4"-26.7"), suit different users small or big in stature. Some of Deluxe spas big seats are specially designed for those persons above 1.95m / 7.4 feet in height.
