Water purification system
Deluxe's water purification system incorporates filtration, working in concert with Ozone Generator, Lucite® Acrylic shell with Microban®, Together they produce clean, safe water while reducing spa maintenance.
Ozone system
Ozonator work by converting oxygen into ozone via a corona discharge (CD) chip. A clear air line from the ozone generator is connected to your spa's plumbing system. The flow created by the pump creates a venturi suction, which draws the ozone into the spa water where it dissolves. The ozonator itself is connected to your spa control system, which supplies power and regulates its cycles of operation.Combined with the control pack,the ozonator is actived once the preset circulation is actived. Deluxe spas' circulation pump casing,base and impeller are made of high fiber plastic. Stainless steel shaft, aluminium-alloy base with mechanical seal, single-phase with thermal protector & pneumatic control, continuous duty , operation in convenience and safe. They self-drain water from bathtub after each use for fresh water. It is most suitable for spa / swim spas/ hot tub.
 The circulation pump keeps a small amount of water moving through your filter continuously - day and night. While circulation pumps do not work alone, they are effective in helping to keep your water clean and clear because they prevent standing water. In conjunction with powerful filtration cycles, they can help ensure that your water is adequately filtered up to 24 hrs.
The circulation pump is fixed on a stainless steel frame to stand the vibration of long distance transportation and daily use.

Deluxe spas pump feature fully 2" inlet/outlet hot tub,2" inlet/outlet pump is capable of handling roughly twice the water of 1 1/2" inlet/outlet pump. Pump housing,pump cover & impeller are made of high reinforce plastic.Mechanical seal,with single phase motor,thermal overload protector & pneumatic control are economical quiet and compact pump, they self-drain water from bathtub after each use for fresh water,It is most suitable for spa / swim spa / hot tub.

Ball valve for installation / uninstall booster pump and circulation pump
2x 2" ball valves are applied to connect each bosster pump and circulation pump for the purpose of easy installation/uninstall.
